"Facebook has become such a pervasive force in modern society that increasing numbers of employers, and even some psychologists, believe people who aren't on social networking sites are 'suspicious.' The German magazine Der Taggspiegel went so far as to point out that accused theater shooter James Holmes and Norwegian mass murder Anders Behring Breivik have common ground in their lack of Facebook profiles."That's a bummer. I always thought the concept of Facebook simply seemed pointless to me. If and when someone has something to say, they know where I can be found. And, if a phone call or (God forbid) a knock on the door fails to reach me, there's always good old Tales from the Rust Belt. As of this date I am the only blogger employed by the Fenian Godfather Institute, so it's pretty easy to get in touch if someone tries.
That's how I looked at it. But now I think we know my real story.
