Now that we've finally started to move beyond the oppressive world of the Easter egg, I'm pretty sure life will be quite awesome. Not 'Seattle Awesome' just yet here in the Midwest, of course, but we'll get there. I'm sure of it.
Does anyone around here like hard-boiled? I did live in Taylor for a while, but I can't endorse any of that shit. Horrible. My guess is that I'm in sunny-side-up country now, but I've always liked 'em scrambled.

Try this... I was in Denmark for military exercises and asked the Danish cooks for sunny side up.
ReplyDeleteWhat we got was barely cooked on the bottom and raw on top... on a piece of toast. Our cooks had to show them how Americans liked their eggs.
Other than that I like them as western omelets and plenty of McIlheny's hot sauce.
Are we talking about eggs or spheres here? Just want to keep it straight. Spheres with hot sauce might be less offensive to those on the Left Coast, after all.
ReplyDeleteOn an unrelated note, I never heard back from you when I called a few weeks ago, but Saturdays have brought a pretty light workload lately. It's probably high time we had a sip or two out at the brewery again.
